In this satsang, Nutan Swamiji explains that the aim of spirituality is to expand from our limited identity 'I' to the universal identity 'I', who is ever contented and fulfilled.

Swamiji very precisely points out how by holding tight to our ego, we refuse to accept our defects or even try to defend them! It is only when we change our theoretical pursuit to practical sadhana, the spiritual knowledge will begin to transform our personality. As we begin to actualize the knowledge, we come to know more and more about ourself, until finally the knower and the knowledge become one. Swamiji describes this 'non-dual knowledge' as the Ultimate Truth.

When our mind expands thus, we start to see the world and ourselves in a much better way, with a highly impersonal note, which will make us unaffected and contented with everything!
