In this track, Swamiji analyzes the three Gunas as presented in Bhagavad Gita. The three gunas (Sattva, Rajas and Tamas) constitute the whole prakriti (nature). Sattva represents light, happiness, and wisdom. Rajas represents the different forms of activities and the compulsions for them, namely, passion, prejudice, fear, etc. And tamo guna represents ignorance, sleep, and lethargy. All the activities of a human are propelled by the three gunas alone.

But there is something which manages, employs and preserves the three gunas. That inner Presence transcends the three gunas. A seeker’s pursuit is to realize this transcendental Presence. The realization of that leads to fulfillment.
