In this audio, Swamiji emphasizes that a seeker has to understand that the first and the last factor to be dealt with is the mind.

The problem is that we are not conscious of the fact that it is the mind that is to be handled. A seeker has to integrate mind’s own products and reactions. Any kind of a spiritual seeking and a spiritual effort will be an effort to look into the mind and make its reactions uniform, without swinging between likes and dislikes, loss and gain etc.
