Mind expansion by Interactional Sadhana
Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha
In this talk, Swamiji points out that all actions proceed from the mind, subsist in the mind and also conclude in the mind. A seeker’s pursuit is to ensure that interactions do not make the mind unstable and constricted. One should ensure that desire, greed and possessiveness are avoided in all actions and interactions.
Just like the earth is revolving, rivers are flowing, sun is rising and setting, a human being can also do his activities naturally. He can work to fulfil the familial, societal and national needs without any desires. In this manner, individual life becomes part of a universal process. This leads to the expansion of the mind, the enlightenment of the intelligence, the refinement of the ego.
Shlokas chanted in the Track:
(Bhagavad Gita–3.16)
