In this talk Swamiji speaks about the power of devotion. Just as religion focuses on a distant and invisible God, the emphasis in spirituality is on oneself. Ultimately, we seek inner personality refinement through both practices.

A seeker needs to think whether his own belief in God make him a happy person. Interact to God, Swamiji says, through a Stuti offering or a talk. We finally we reach a state where life is pure acceptance through a sense of surrender. The mind is peaceful and poised.

Devotees who sing the praises of God constantly, need nothing else. It is the wholesome surrender of such devotees that makes them realize Him. Devotion, knowledge, Sankhya-all only lead to improvement of one’s mind. There are no cravings, no doubts in the mind, only contentment and fullness. This leads to a transformed human who lives in this world contentedly and joyously.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

Srimad Bhagavatam 7.1.30

Srimad Bhagavatam 7.6.25
