The aim of all spiritual texts is orienting the human personality such that there is fulfillment in life. The wisdom of the texts makes us more selfless, harmless and useful to the world, says Swamiji.

Mind alone is the cause of bondage and freedom, say the texts. A sadhaka must correct it, improve it and ornament it and have a visible qualitative improvement.

Just meditation and study are not enough. We must understand, correct and improve the mind constantly. As we build our character, we are the beneficiary of it and gradually others will notice the same.

Dropping of desires, possessiveness and ego is the summary of spirituality, reveals Swamiji. Such a person is worshipped by the world. One must just understand and reconcile with the complex world and know that intelligence is the only tool to improve and understand the mind and this world, concludes Swamiji.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

मन एव मनुष्याणां कारणं बन्धमोक्षयोः ।

Brahmabindu Upanishad 2
