In this discourse series held in Kerala, Swamiji speaks about personal fulfillment and professional excellence by highlighting the role and potential of man’s inner personality. He suggests that while external activities and situations may vary, the interacting individual remains constant.

Fulfillment is a feeling of wholesome fullness and abundance in all aspects of life. Fulfilment is a derivative of the inner constituents—the mind and intelligence.

Excellence must be one’s own nature, a coordinate of one’s own personality, an inherent part of one's personality. If one wishes to pursue excellence, the focus must on the Subject, the inner personality.

When the mind and intelligence become excellent, then everything that one does will become excellent. Excellence will become one’s own nature. Whether it is professional excellence or personal fulfilment, the focus of the seeker must be on the inner personality.

Swamiji emphasizes that each individual has the same constituents in his personality as all the great men in the world. All great achievers have attained excellence and greatness only by employing their mind and intelligence. All individuals possess the same potential for greatness and should strive to expand their minds, eliminating selfishness and fostering societal concerns for true fulfillment and excellence. Swamiji urges listeners to understand the transformative power of the mind and
intelligence in achieving personal and professional success.
