In this audio, Swamiji that explains that everything that takes place in the life of a Sadhaka/Sadhika is a Sadhana. No matter what the activity, how mundane the work, it should be performed with total awareness and attention. All corrections have to be done at the mind level and there must be a readiness to accept and make the corrections.
Through various examples, he points out how one has to be more and more attentive and alert to small details, imbibing the qualities of comprehensiveness and inclusiveness to make the task at hand perfect. When a mistake is pointed out, instead of letting it go, one must make the necessary enquiry as to where the problem is.
To bring about this mind involvement, intense introspection has to be done, interacting with the subject mentally and exclusively. This introspection should be coupled with the activities one performs.
Swamiji concludes with the message that mind Involvement, mind Corrections and mind Hours are essential sadhana for a seeker.
