In an engaging three-day discourse series held at SIRD’s Satsang Hall, Poojya Swamiji, in his unique and inimitable style, emphasized the profound message of the Bhagavad Gita: “Be devoted to the welfare of all.” Swamiji vividly illustrated how the illustrious warrior Arjuna faltered on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, highlighting that it was a constricted and selfish vision that rendered him weak.
Swamiji elaborated that, in reality, nothing in our lives is truly individualistic except the body. We are intricately interconnected with everyone and everything in this world. The inner presence that animates all bodies is universal and eternal. When we transcend individual feelings, we naturally expand to embrace a more all-pervading awareness.
As the doubts and desires of the mind dissolve through the Knowledge of Supreme Truth, the mind discovers its inherent contentment and fullness. However, Swamiji stressed that this journey should not end there. Life becomes truly glorious only when we incorporate a genuine concern for the welfare of others.
