What is the one effective cure for all the sufferings of mind? How can one remain joyful and poised while living and interacting with the world?
In the enriching satsang, Ma tells us that the root cause for all sufferings is the forgetfulness of our Real Identity. The blissful fragrance of our Supreme Self remains hidden to us due to the desires in mind. These desires for fleeting pleasures, have to be removed by constantly rubbing the mind with the knowledge of Self. When the desires begin to vacate, the mind attains eternal peace and happiness.
Ma lovingly encourages us to repeatedly contemplate, dwell on and get pervaded by the qualities of the Self. Having touched the state of Brahman, one should take great care not to fall from it - for that is the source of liberation. This indeed is the highest practice for a seeker!
Mā's Satsang is entitled 'Towards Eternal Peace and Happiness' based on Bhagavad Gita, Vivekachudamani, Yoga Vasistha Ramayanam and Bhagavatam | | Live Global Satsang with Spiritual Masters on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday at 8 pm IST/ 10:30 am EDT/ 10:30 pm MST
