The outer personality of a human comprises of body and sense organs and the inner personality comprises of mind, intelligence and ego. While growth of the body is limited, mind and intelligence can be nourished till the last breath.

Swamiji advises youngsters to cultivate the three virtues of love, sympathy and sacrifice. He urges them to take to truthfulness and other noble qualities.

All young people must take to relaxation in the form of sitting with oneself for 20-25 minutes, where one simply observes the mind. Most importantly, one must take to the habit of introspection.

The inner personality must be developed and nourished by scriptures like Bhagava Gita, Vishnusahasranama etc.
