In this audio, Poojya Swamiji says that every seeker, understanding that the Lord resides within, will have to strive for an all-fold sublimity.

The mind represents thoughts, feelings, attitudes and emotions. From the thoughts arise feelings, attitudes and emotions (bhavas). Offer all the bhavas to the indwelling Lord. The best offering to the indwelling Lord will be the bhavas of the mind.

A seeker will also have to sublimate the rational, intelligential part of his being, by introspection and enquiry.
One is an emotional approach where you link yourself with God through emotional sublimity. The other part is where you link yourself with God by knowing that He is all-pervading and locating His presence within yourself.

ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृदेशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति ।
भ्रामयन्सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारूढानि मायया ।।
तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत ।
तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम् ।।

(Bhagavad Gita–18.61 & 62)

यमेवैष वृणुते तेन लभ्यः

(Mundakopanishad 3.2.3)

वेद्यं वास्तमत्र वस्तु शिवदं

(Srimad Bhagavatam 1.1.2)
