Swamiji says that a seeker must strive to qualitatively enrich the mind every day, every minute of the day. He explains the sadhana of the seeker of Truth.
What is the Sadhana? Bhagavad Gita says that the formula is Samatva or Saamya-an attitude and sublimity the mind has to practice. Sri Krishna describes life as only pairs of opposites (dvandvas), like raaga-dvesa, kaama-krodha, sukha dukha etc. The only mantra is that a seeker has be even-minded towards them. All the dualities are expressions of the mind alone. The cause of these is the mind, and the sublimation or enrichment also have to be brought about in the mind. Swamiji asks us to take up a research to understand the process.
The entire spiritual sadhana depends upon the right exposure being provided by the teacher. That is why the Guru becomes the sole focus and importance.
