In this track, Swamiji stresses that any quality can be cultivated by one’s own effort. One must keep the desired quality in mind and contemplate repeatedly on it and the benefits that it will give.

Any quality is to be practiced and installed in the mind. A seeker must make sincere efforts to cultivate any desired quality.
