Drop Ego and Possessiveness
Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha
The main hurdle for any seeker is the wrong identification with one’s own body. When one has the body-identity, then the mind becomes possessive about the body, family, friends etc. So, ego and possessiveness are constant factors in one’s mind.
In this track, Swamiji says that a seeker has to improve one’s own mind so that the ego and possessiveness are dissolved or removed. The whole process of removal is by an enquiry or a sadhana in the level of intelligence.
Shlokas chanted in the Track:

त्वन्मायया विरचितात्मनि सानुबन्धे ।
तत्त्वञ्जसा निगदितं भवता यथाहं
संसाधयामि भगवन्ननुशाधि भृत्यम् ॥
