Swamiji says that the yoga practice is a mento-intellectual one. The practice of Samatva Yoga is very purifying and effective. It is very pleasant to practice. It is pleasant because it takes away and resolves our sorrows, removes resistance, takes away ignorance and has salutary and sublime effects, giving us immense clarity taking away stress, constrictions, and heaviness.
This practice doesn’t require a special time or situation. One can practice it while in activity and interactions. Even a small iota of benefit relaxes and benefits us making us healthy and comfortable. The negative and disturbing characteristics that we possess, all are treated, removed and resolved by this sadhana. It can be applied every day in our life.
This practice is unlike a puja or pranayama for half hour of our time. It is a constant application, throughout all activities and interactions.
