Prabhata Rashmih - Mind - Its Mysteries and how to Spiritualize it

Harmonizing the mind

Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

  • Harmonizing the mind

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

In this talk, Swamiji says that the body and the senses are inert. It has to be animated and activated by the mind and the intelligence. Our real personality is the mento-intellectual one. So, all the reformation, enrichment and refinement have to be brought about in the mind and the intelligence.

A seeker wanting to have freedom and fulfilment, will have to improve and nourish the mind and intelligence. This refinement and enrichment cannot be had by any external rituals or practices.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

Bhagavad Gita

Bhagavad Gita
