Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha
In this track, Swamiji says that meditation will not become successful and will not provide the necessary reformation, refinement and elevation unless the meditator has the necessary support and refinement from his post-meditational life and activities. A seeker must make use of the interaction with the world and the objects and make it a full-fledged Sadhana.
A sadhaka must seek to make a qualitative enrichment, a qualitative improvement, a qualitative reformation and refinement in his inner personality. He must make an effort to get enriched by each and every interaction.
Shlokas chanted in the Track:
प्रशान्तमनसं ह्येनं योगिनं सुखमुत्तमम् ।
उपैति शान्तरजसं ब्रह्मभूतमकल्मषम् ।।
Bhagavad Gita 6.27
