In this talk, Swamiji points out that Spiritual Sadhana is aimed at restraining, refining, sublimating and expanding one’s mind. For a seeker, the focus has to be expansion and improvement of the mind.
A seeker must treat the disharmonious, disturbing traits and tendencies of the mind. This is the only practice that a seeker has to do on a regular basis. When faced with all pairs of opposites, the mind will have to maintain an attitude of uniformity. This is the pinnacle of devotion and pinnacle of Yoga.
