Prabhata Rashmih - Introspection, the knowledge austerity

Purity through Infusional Introspection

Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

  • Purity through Infusional Introspection

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

In spirituality, the introspection is on the mind and intelligence themselves with a view to making them more and more qualitative, reformed, refined, and cultured, says Swamiji. Everyone should develop a habit of generating a dialogue between their intelligence and the mind with a view to infuse the benefits into the mind’s structure and the mind’s activities.

A seeker must develop the habit of making the mind pure, noble and stable. One should become a knowledge-oriented person. Whatever we do, speak or think should be good.

Swamiji exhorts everyone to take to infusional introspection which is an Introspection done with a view to infuse benefits into the mind.

Shlokas chanted in the track:

मातरीव परं यान्ति विषमाणि मृदूनि च ।
विश्वासमिह भूतानि सर्वाणि शमशालिनि ।।
