Prabhata Rashmih - The Practice of Sadhana

Relate the Knowledge gained to the Mind

  • Relate the Knowledge gained to the Mind

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

Any knowledge gained, any practice being done, we should try relating with our mind and the benefits received by the mind. When the mind focuses on this point, “How is it to be applied to me?”, then the sadhana improves and we evolve.

Slokas chanted in the track

(Mundakopanishad 3.1.8)
