Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha
In this talk, Swamiji explains what real surrender is for a seeker. Quoting a verse from the Bhagavad Gita, he says that Surrender is giving the mind to God and make it rest and rely upon God. And equally so, establishing the intelligence on God. One has to Surrender or offer the mind and intelligence to God just like one will offer a flower to Him.
Once the mind and intelligence are offered to God, one starts resting in God surrendering his/her own individuality and ego.

निवसिष्यसि मय्येव अत ऊर्ध्वं न संशयः ।।
