Prabhata Rashmih - The Practice of Sadhana

The Imperishable is the Only Knower, the Subject

Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

  • The Imperishable is the Only Knower, the Subject

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

In this talk, Swamiji discusses the only Sadhana of a seeker. He says that there is only one Subject which is transcendental, and that Subject is the Truth, the highest, and the only attainment that we have to have. A seeker has nothing to do except look for the Subject within him and dismiss all other things as objects.

Focusing on the Subject (the Kshetrajna) is the Sadhana. The imperishable is only the Knower and that Knower should be one’s constant focus. One has to eliminate all other things and arrive at the fundamental and Ultimate Truth.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

सर्वेन्द्रियगुणाभासं सर्वेन्द्रियविवर्जितं ।
असक्तं सर्वभृच्चैव निर्गुणं गुणभोक्तृ च ।।

Bhagavad Gita 13.15
