Uddhava Gita, in the 11th Skandha of Srimad Bhagavatam, is the subject of discussion in this track. When Uddhava hears of Sri Krishna’s impending departure from the world, he confesses that he would be unable to bear separation from Krishna even for a second. In response, Sri Krishna imparts Knowledge which enables Uddhava to resolve the problems of his mind and get clarity and fulfilment.

Swamiji says that our body is only a temporary tenure, embodiment. We will have to leave the body one day or the other. That leaving should be a fulfilled one and a fulfilling one. The entire Srimad Bhagavatam leads us to this understanding.

Slokas chanted in the track:

नाहं तवांघ्रिकमलं क्षणार्धमपि केशव ।
त्यक्तुं समुत्सहे नाथ स्वधाम नयमामपि ।।

(Srimad Bhagavatam 11.6.43)
