Swamiji, through the Bhagavad Gita, explains the three ways to Realize the Self–Dhyana, Vichaara and Karma. All the three pursued exclusively with one-pointed attention will lead to the same perfection.
When Dhyana is pursued exclusively and persistently, then all desires, possessiveness and ego will vanish, and one will be led to the Truth. Sankhya Yoga is application of the intelligence, in which one tries to understand the different aspects that Vedanta speaks about. Through repeated Shravana and Manana, one will finally realize the Truth and be established in it.
In Karma Yoga, the actions or its results should not allure or disturb the seeker. Karma yoga is not the practice of Karma, but on the other hand equipping the mind and intelligence with Yoga Sadhana, Yogic Attitude and the attitude of Evenness.
Shlokas chanted in the Track:
ध्यानेनात्मनि पश्यन्ति केचिदात्मानमात्मना ।
अन्ये सांख्येन योगेन कर्मयोगेन चापरे ।।
Bhagavad Gita 13.24
