Meditation is a process, which one has to imbibe in the form of a Deeksha from a realized teacher, a Sadguru, who is competent enough to clarify whatever doubts a seeker has.

The mind is the source of all activities. Every activity is first of all thought of, wished or willed in the mind. When one sits for meditation, the mind and its functions becomes the focus. Only by meditation, one will be able to get a touch of the sentience within. When meditation becomes absorbing, then the very thought process and the emotional process, enquiry, everything comes to a stop and one gets an experience of the Consciousness.

In this talk, Swamiji asks us to take a plunge in the mind to improve the quality of thought and emotional processes. By this one comes to know how potent and magnificent the mind is and how to improve, refine and elevate it.
