    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

What is Moksha or liberation? Swamiji says that Moksha is the freedom and redemption from all kinds of shackles or bondage.

When the intelligence becomes clear about what human life is and what human quest and fulfillment are and when the mind is also relieved from the emotional urges which constantly keep the mind in state of tension, agitation, that is moksha! Liberation is a stable state of the mind and intelligence.

When the mind and intelligence become free and stable, the mind becomes flexible and expansive. With such a mind and intelligence, one can do any work efficiently and joyfully.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

सर्वभूतानि सम्मोहं सर्गे यान्ति परन्तप ।।
