What is Spirituality? What is the inner factor that animates and activates our body? These questions are being addressed by Swamiji in this message.

There is an inner factor which is different from the body–the Soul. This is what we refer to as ‘I’. In Spirituality we deal with this ‘I’ factor. The body, mind, intelligence are all changeful but the ‘I’ is changeless. That which makes us live is the changeless ‘I’. It is because of the ‘I’ that the changeful body continues to be and we are able to handle it with an identity for ourselves.

So, Spirituality is a science or a subject that deals with this changeless inner ‘I’, our own identity ‘I’.
