🪔🪔✨✨Poojya Swamiji’s message during Deepavali Celebrations at Narayanashrama Tapovanam🪔🪔✨✨
Deepavali brought over 100 people together at Narayanashrama Tapovanam, including ashramites, devotees, staff, and workers.Lamps adorned the entire ashram, skillfully arranged by the committed and enthusiastic staff and workers of the ashram.
Poojya Swamiji graced the gathering, imparting the profound significance of Deepavali and weaving in the captivating narrative of Narakasura, the erstwhile demon emperor of Pragjyotishpura (now Assam) who had captured 16000 Kshatriya damsels and imprisoned them. Narakasura was unconquerable and stayed in a palace made of layers of thick tall stony wall, water wall (that flowed with extreme force), air wall (that blew with tremendous speed) and wall of fire. Despite these challenges, Bhagavan Krishna penetrated through the four layers of defenses, conquered Narakasura and killed him. All the 16,0000 Kshatriya girls were liberated. Through the story, Swamiji beautifully explained how the light of goodness triumphed over the darkness of evil, with Bhagavan Krishna’s divine intervention.
In addition, Swamiji shared valuable insights into the importance of coming together and celebrating such festivals. Swamiji’s words served as a poignant reminder of the rich cultural heritage of our land, emphasizing the beauty of unity and shared celebrations. It wasn’t just a festival of lights; it was a collective reaffirmation of Bharat’s brilliant culture. 🪔✨
