In this talk, Nutan Swamiji elucidates that the final aim of meditation is Yoga, the dissolution of our individual identity into the universal consciousness.

Swamiji tells us that the ultimate unity discovered in meditation has to be established in the wakeful state also. Remaining in samadhi all the time is neither feasible nor our goal. Our sadhana should be to do all interactions with the aim to reach the uniform state. All dvandas in reality are mere appearances in Consciousness. When this truth is actualized by practice, the world will not affect us anymore!
