How to remain unaffected by the vicissitudes of life? - has been an eternal quest of human beings. In this inspiring and thought provoking satsang, Swamiji nudges us to think deeply as to what is life?
Quoting slokas from Bhagavad Gita, Swamiji defines life as a constant interaction between the senses in our body and the objects of this world. Each one of these interactions inevitably produces either happiness or sorrow in the mind. These are the only possible outcomes of interactions and they are transitory.
Swamiji says the mastery in living life is to develop tolerance in the mind and wholeheartedly accepting both sukha and dukha with an even attitude - knowing well their complementary nature. To develop this evenness is like winning over the world, because the whole world can produce only these two outcome in our minds. Knowing that all efforts to pursue sukha and ridding dukha is redundant, we should live joyfully and comfortably - as Masters of this world.
