In this illuminating Satsang, Poojya Swamiji describes the final attainment in spirituality: Brahmi Stithi - The state of all embracing oneness.
To begin with a student of spirituality is taught to differentiate between the soul and the body. Once, the inner spiritual presence is unmistakably recognized, the seeker then pursues meditation - a process of getting immersed wakefully into the self. But this meditative absorption is also a state like other states and hence not final.
Swamiji tells us that the aim of meditative experience, is to expand our personality and lead us finally to a plane of introspectional perception - seeing the whole world as an expression of the Self or Consciousness. This Brahmi Stithi is evolved, strengthened and attained with the help of intelligence and inference alone!
Poojya Swamiji will be taking Bhagavad Gita Verse by Verse in this Satsang (Saturdays). Swamiji is now discussing the second chapter of the Bhagavad Gita.
