In this concluding talk on the 15th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, Nutan Swamiji discusses in detail verses 16 to 20. This sacred scripture focuses on inculcating Viveka buddhi and graduating to Brahma Buddhi - a state where one sees everything as Brahman.
Swamiji says that a seeker’s goal must be to realize the indweller. Dropping the clinging to likes and dislikes, one will become placid. Keeping the mind constantly on the goal, the seeker’s buddhi should be always connected to real identity, says Swamiji.
Nutan Swamiji urges us to be sincere and serious in our sadhana and pursuit. The sheer joy we get by winning over slavery to sensory objects, likes and dislikes, reinforces our commitment to the ultimate truth. Swamiji opens up a new avenue of thought when he says that a non-fragmented mind fills itself with the world without being affected by it at all. In this case, every action becomes a Yajna (offering to the Lord), as there is no selfish motive. When one acts out of joy and not for the sake of joy, life gets divinized.
Nutan Swamiji concludes by telling us to be Krita Kriya (one who has attained all that is to be attained in life), totally free of desires and have a constant connection with the inmost Self in both our interactional and non-interactional sadhana.
