In this satsang, Nutan Swamiji takes up the cryptic verses of Ishopanishad and enlightens us on their deeper meaning.

Swamiji says Ishopanishad is unique in its theme of emphasising the importance of both contemplative and interactional sadhana. Spirituality is a path of continuous expansion, from the small body-mind identity to a universal identity. But often it is seen that in the name of sadhana, we become more and more self-centred and constricted. It is our ego, possessiveness and raga-dvesha which creates all trouble.

The aim of all sadhana is ego sublimation. The ego can be sublimated only when one takes to interactional life and sadhana. In solitude, one cannot evaluate the extent of purity and sublimation. Our life must be divinised here itself, finding Brahman alone everywhere and in everything. When our identity gets in tune with the Universal identity, life becomes free, pleasant, and easy!
