Swami Nirviseshananda Tirtha ji conducted this series of Kenopanishad talks in Narayanashrama Tapovanam, Kerala, in the year 2017. In this concluding day’s talk, he gives clear guidelines on Sadhana.
Summarizing the story in the Upanishad, Swamiji emphasizes that only when a seeker surrenders his ego, the Supreme Truth can be realized. He exhorts the listeners to understand that a seeker will need to have great intensity in his pursuit and also will have to remain humble. When the mind remains humble and the ego is dissolved, it will reach the Truth.
Connecting the last few verses of Kenopanishad with verses of Bhagavad Gita and other Upanishads, Swamiji clearly explains the need for a seeker to cultivate austerity, sensory moderation and the right attitude to activity.
