In this sublime satsang, Ma continues to elucidate the disciplines necessary for attaining a pure and blissful mind. Ma emphasizes that even if we have the knowledge of Atma, we won't get established in it until we rid ourselves completely of desires, possessiveness, and ego, all of which disturb the mind.

Our ancient sages have not only imparted us the knowledge but have also provided the process to embody that wisdom. Ma explains that a discriminating seeker, who earnestly follows the disciplines of Yama and Niyama attains placidity. Each of these disciplines - ahimsa, satya, asteya, shaucha, tapas, svadhyaya etc when looked at a deeper level, connects us to Atma through their very practice. Every moment and interaction in our life offers us an opportunity to pursue these disciplines and grow spiritually, provided we approach them with sincerity.

Ma assures us that this journey is neither arduous nor lengthy. All it requires is a deep love for the pursuit, making the process inherently enjoyable. We must give Supreme the supreme position in our lives and devote our minds entirely to it, without seeking happiness elsewhere.

Finally, for those who struggle to maintain sincerity, Ma suggests the path of surrender. Surrender entails being in constant union with the Self, irrespective of circumstances. It involves remaining immersed in Oneness during all life experiences, feeling enveloped by the divine, whether the situation is favorable or unfavorable.
